myACI brings together everything you rely on — expert-led content, hands-on labs, and practice exams — now with enhanced tools to better support teams and individual learners.
When will our organization be upgraded?
You'll receive an email with your exact upgrade date. Stay tuned for that communication.
Will there be any disruption to training during the migration?
No. We do not anticipate any disruption to your team's training during the upgrade process.
Will our learning history transfer to myACI?
- Yes — all completed courses, labs, and practice exams will carry over for you and your team.
- In-progress content will not transfer. Learners should complete or save notes from anything in progress before the migration date.
Will our settings and course assignments transfer?
- Settings and course assignments will not transfer automatically.
- We'll provide a step-by-step guide to help you recreate them in myACI after the upgrade.
How will I know when my account has been upgraded?
You'll receive a welcome email with login instructions and everything you need to get started. That email is your green light.
Will my username and password still work?
Your email address stays the same, but you'll be prompted to create a new username and password when logging in for the first time.
Is our data secure during the migration?
Yes. ACI Learning is ISO- and SOC 2-compliant. Your data security is a top priority throughout the process.
Are there any changes to the privacy policy?
No. All terms and conditions remain identical to your current subscription.
