How do I add a new user?
- Go to Manage > Manage Users.
- Enter the user's email address in all lowercase.
- The user will appear as a pending invite until they create their account.
- Once they're active, assign a Content License: Manage > Licensing (dropdown) > Content License > Assign.
A user sees 'License Disabled by Admin' — how do I fix this?
- This error means the user hasn't been assigned a Content License.
- Go to Manage > Licensing (dropdown) > Content License > Assign and add them.
- Once the license is assigned, the user will be able to enroll in courses.
