When a user no longer needs access to the myACI platform, you can disable them in two steps.
How do I disable a user's platform access?
- Go to Manage > Licensing > View Active Users.
- Locate the user and toggle off their licensing switch to remove platform access.
How do I remove a user's content license?
- Go to Manage > Licensing (dropdown) > Content License.
- Locate the user and toggle off the licensing switch to remove content access.
Note: Disabling a user's platform access and removing their content license are separate steps. Complete both to fully remove access.
