Will there be any downtime or interruptions to our training?
No. We do not anticipate any disruption to your teams’ training
Will all our learning and training history transfer to myACI?
Yes! All completed courses, labs, and practice exams will go with you and your teams! Content that is “in progress” for you or your learners will not.
Will all our settings and course assignments transfer to myACI?
No. Once you are in myACI, you will need to recreate your settings and course assignments. We will provide a detailed guide on how to set these up in myACI.
How will I know when my account has been successfully upgraded into myACI?
You’ll receive a welcome email with all the details, including how to log in and what to expect. It’s your official green light to get started with myACI!
Will my current username and password still work on the new platform?
Your email stays the same, but you’ll be prompted to create a NEW user name and NEW password when logging in for the first time.
How do I log into myACI for the first time?
Check your welcome email for a link. It’ll walk you through getting started.
Is my data secure during the process of upgrading to myACI?
Yes. ACI Learning is committed to data security. We are ISO and SOC 2 compliant.
Are there any changes to the privacy policy or data protection practices?
