Scenario: The User is seeing a Request Access button instead of Enroll Now when trying to access a Course.
As the organization's Administrator, review that the User has been assigned a Content License. Without a Content License assignment, the User will not be able to enroll in Courses.
To verify if you have assigned a license to the User, log into your MyACI account and select Analytics to access the Admin Dashboard.
How to Assign a License
To access: Manage > Licensing > Select License Type
To assign: Click Manage Users > select Single Invite or Bulk Invite
Select the line item to view all assigned users. Select the icon to assign a license.
