There are two options to reset your password.
Option 1: You cannot access your account.
Enter email address or username and press Continue:
Select Forgot password?.
You will receive an email notification to the email address on file to reset your password. If you do not see an email in your inbox, please check your junk and spam folder.
Option 2: You can access your account and want to change your password.
Once you have logged into your MyACI account, select the navigate to your Account Settings.
Within the Security section, type in your current password then enter in and confirm your new password before clicking Change Password to finalize your new MyACI password.
