As the Admin, you will be serving as Tier 1 Support for your Users and escalating issues as needed. Below is a list of topics you can troubleshoot within Analytics:
- I cannot create my account.
- Check if a User License has been assigned.
- I cannot see any courses.
- Check if a Content License has been assigned.
- I am having issues resetting my password.
- If the account has not been created yet (a Username is not populating in AI Analytics), then the User cannot reset their password yet. They will need to create their account first.
- If the account is already created and the User is having issues with a password reset, kindly escalate to ACI Support.
- I do not see the assigned course you told me about.
- Check if the Course, Program, or Pathway was assigned to the student.
