Password Reset

I can't log in — how do I reset my password?

1. On the login page, select Forgot Password?
2. You'll receive a reset link at the email address on file.
3. Don't see it? Check your junk or spam folder.

I'm already logged in — how do I change my password?

1. Click your name icon in the top-right corner and go to Account Settings.
2. Under the Security section, enter your current password.
3. Enter and confirm your new password, then click Change Password.

Note: If your account is still showing as a pending invite, you'll need to complete account creation before you can reset your password. Select Sign Up on the login page to get started.
